Grace Malatse

Grace received her B.A. In Psychology from San Francisco State University and is currently pursuing her M.A in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. As a residential behavioral counselor and a therapist trainee, Grace has experience working with children, adolescents, and families and has experience working with marginalized populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and more. Grace utilizes approaches to empower clients to reclaim authorship of their own stories, helping them reshape their narratives in a way that aligns with their values and aspirations. She also uses other evidence-based approaches, such as CBT and DBT, to tailor the therapy journey to the client.

“I believe in empowering clients to recognize that while their feelings and emotions are valid, they do not define who they are. I’m here to help you take back the pen and become the author of your own story. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and craft a path forward that reflects your true self. With a non-judgmental, collaborative, and authentic approach, I’m here to support you every step of the way on your healing journey.”
