“I’m passionate about challenging the stigma surrounding mental health and therapy, and I strive to make seeking help feel normal and empowering. By creating a safe space for clients to fully experience their emotions, I guide them through the process of healing, growth, and self-discovery, whether they’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, or relationship issues. My goal is to create an inclusive and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel seen, heard, and understood.

Together, we can work towards creating meaningful and lasting change in your life.

Let’s take that step together.”
